RDRG Permanent Station upgraded
Thursday, 20 January 2011 18:36

With the total collaboration of the Mauritius Meteorological Services, which is hosting the station at Port Mathurin, Rui Fernandes went to Rodrigues where he performed an upgrade on the RDRG station (installed in 2007 in collaboration with HartRAO, South Africa). The new system, similar to the ones implemented in Nigeria and Angola, only needs a router to collect the data from the receiver and to send it to SEGAL and to MMS.
